VOLUMIZING DARK DRY SHAMPOO

An invisible dry shampoo, for refreshing hair before, or after a hectic day. Absorbs excess oil, dirt and unwanted residues from styling products, leaving the hair refreshed, bouncy and perfectly manageable. It is specially formulated for dark toned hair to avoid leaving black or brown locks looking white or grey.

The Vitalizing Dry Shampoo is also the ideal solution to add extra volume to the look by enhancing the hair’s natural volume and lifting the look. Blueberry and Jasmine ensure healthy looking and naturally clean feeling hair.

GAS DERIVED FROM RENEWABLE BIOMASS WASTE

The propellant used for NATULIQUE aerosols is BIO DME gas from a Certificate Program. Derived 100% from renewable Biomass Waste, Bio-DME is biodegradable , non-corrosive, and will not contaminate soil or aquifers. Bio-DME is non-carcinogenic, non-mutagenic and virtually non-toxic to humans.

Instructions for use: Hold the can approx 30 cm (12 in.) from dry hair. Mist lightly, directed away from eyes while layering for a stronger hold.

Ingredients: Dimethyl Ether, Alcohol Denat, Solanum Tuberosum (Potato) Starch, Silica, Lycium Barbarum (Goji) Fruit Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aqua, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic Acid, Parfum, Benzyl Salicylate, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool.

COVID-19 UPDATE FROM DPD ON DELIVERIES

We hope that you're all doing well and getting through these challenging times safely. Our front line staff continue to collect and deliver all over the country daily, and our back end teams sort, route and provide the support to get all of the parcels to their end destination.

We want to ask for your patience though on a number of fronts:

  • All of our drivers are practicing social distancing and contact-less deliveries. They will not be making any unnecessary contact with parcel recipients.
  • Make sure to watch out for your one hour delivery window text or email - this will go out to you on the day the parcel is on a DPD van for delivery. Should we experience any delays, the one hour window text and email confirms the time that delivery will be attempted on that day.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

With the Exception of Beauty Works Hair Extensions

There are no returns for Beauty Works Clip In Extension unless the wrong product was delivered.  Beauty Works Hair Extensions cannot be returned or exchanged  for hygiene reasons.

For All Other Products - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Simply Natural, Unit 10A, Adelaide Court, Albert Road, Glenageary, Dublin A96 V3W4, Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
