Firstly I’ll say I only use NATURIGIN. The condition of my hair is a great testimony to this product. Lesson to the wise though I wish I’d known. I let my hair go grey for the last year. It grew into a very light ash with a few prominent white streaks. I tried to embrace the natural but honestly it made me feel washed out. So I figured using light chocolate brown would give me the light brown I was hoping for. But my grey hair really grabbed the red In This colour so it came out a very medium auburn. Not what I was looking for. Normally I would have redyed it medium brown which I now know was the right neutral colour to use straight away, but instead I waited a month and by that time the red softened. At no time did it look bad, it was still a beautiful colour but once I’d been more patient and waited, the natural brown did what I’d originally intended.
I have to say as someone who has dyed my hair various colours with NATURIGIN it never fails on quality and their customer service is second to none, even so far as being flexible when I’ve changed a bulk order. Only to return (unopened) it for another colour, they are always really helpful and efficient.
